Entourage cannot open the item due to an error "Not enough memory"

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Hi,

My machine had a freeze last night so I had to force quit.

When it restarted, a new message cameup with two bars and a process I'd never seen before, something about doing something to Office, it took about 30mins. when complete I launched Entourage.

There is one particular important folder in Entourage I soe important emails.

when I click on it, I get:

Entourage cannot open the item due to an error "Not enough memory

Either there is no space left on your drive (but you should have
noticed it) or your database is corrupted and needs to be repaired.
Launch Entourage pressing the Option key down to rebuild the identity.
