Entourage Changing Windows

I usually operate Entourage with 4 windows open, the Progress window, a
main window set to Mail, a main window set to Calendar and a main
windows set to Address Book. Since uprgrading to 11.2.0, when I open
Entourage, it opens with Progress and the 3 main windows but it doubles
the Address book instead of one for Calendar, or it doubles Calendar
instead of one for Address Book. What's going on?
