Entourage corrupt attachement solution: Snitch

Sorry I don't have more details, but a friend and big time Entourage
2004 user, who'd been unable to use Entourage since upgrading to Tiger
because of the corrupt attachment and crash thing, called this morning,
all excited. He discovered the problem: Snitch. By completely removing
all aspects of Snitch, his Entourage database now worked, and he was
able to send emails with attachments for the first time.

Again, no more details that that, but I'm posting this in case any one
else could benefit. My friend is one happy camper.

Thanks for the post. The program is Little Snitch, and people have reported
the link here. Apparently NetBarrier, with a similar function, also causes
the problem.

(I'm glad we now have two threads with attachment misspelled, that's not
going to be very helpful for anyone searching. Discussion continues on the
previous thread "Corrupt attatchments since upgrade to Tiger")
