anyone experiencing same?

Yes

Entourage crashes and worse has storage problems in the address book and in the incoming messages. The blanks will not erase and persist on and on and on.

This is a great program but the "flaws" are drivng su crazy.

And help out there?

You may want to also post this in the Entourage newsgroup:
and include the version of OS and upgrade level of Entourage/
Office:Mac v10 you have installed.
