Entourage crashes when I delete emails. I get following message

Known bug. For some reason it doesn't affect everyone.

It seems to involve emails with complex HTML and links that pull images
from the web. Give the email time to completely load before trying to
delete.

I have this same error, but it occurs on Entourage start up. I can't
seem to do anything to fix this, have tried rebuilding, compressing
database, moving it to a different account, but to no luck.

HELP!! - All my 3.16 GB of mail seems to be lost!!! ;(

I am running a fully updated Office 12, OS X 10.5.8.

I have this same error, but it occurs on Entourage start up.

AFAIK, this error does not happen at startup. When you add to a thread
it gets confusing. You didn't give your version info either so it's hard
to help you. In the future, please start your own thread for best results.

Hold down the Shift key when launching Entourage. If that helps, then
start your own thread and we'll continue.

entourage crasches when i delete emails, and noone resolves this case. microsoft and apple ??? who knows???
