We run a multiple user system, each user with their own mail box, and all users email boxes on view to me.
We need to set up an email archive system so that the date and subjects are retained and so that anyone can access the archiving (filing system). At the moment I have to move folders onto folders on my computer, which then only I can access (but it does retain the email date, time and details).
Be grateful for any assistance, it's something I imagine many people would like to have.
