Entourage email signature capabilities

I'm trying to create an email signature that does not contain a pesky attachment and is therefore text based.

My problem is that I want specific fonts and colours. Although the colours are not an issue, the fact that I can't embed the font is. It defaults to something random and not altogether pleasant to look at, at the recipient's end.

Is there a way of embedding the font or dealing with this problem in another way?

Hi Rachael,

the problem is that if you were able to embed fonts, you would actually
create pesky attachments...

The best solution would be to use plain text, as it retains its formatting
(or lack thereof) across the various e-mail applications and platforms, and
it does not lead to bloated e-mail messages. If you insist on using
formatted text, though, the only recommendation that can be made is to stick
to the standard fonts that are likely to be available on most PCs and Macs,
such as Times New Roman, Arial, Georgia, Verdana, Helvetica and so on.
