I am having the worst time with entourage and the 18597 access message. I am
trying to work this other issue with the hotmail addresses and right now
nothing seems to be working for me. I read where the problem most likely is
an old password in the OWA. I assume that is Outlook Web Access. As far as I
can tell I have an MSN address and I have been using Entourage for my email.
I even had to upgrade to the next level of Hotmail to have Entourage work
with the MSN address. I don¹t believe Outlook plays into my situation at
all. I could not find where to check the password in the OWA.
Can someone give me some direction here along with a complete guide for me
( the complete novice)?
