Entourage Error 7011

We have Microsoft Entourage X for Mac, Version 10.1.6 and we are
unable to receive email messages. We can send messages. Entourage
gives us the message: "Could not retrieve mail from the account. It
is Error 7011 each time.

Doubtful that the update will fix this, but regardless, you should update to
10.1.9. BTW, did the problems start around the change over for Daylight
Saving Time?

Error 7011 isn¹t listed, but 7010 is. Often errors close in number have
similar solutions.
