Entourage Errors- 'all day events'

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I am having a strange thing with entourage-- i am syncing my blackberry via wireless BES to outlook and entourage. all day events (eg, a birthday) show up on the correct day in the BB and outlook but show up the previous day in
entourage..

regular meetings show up correctly in all places..

I have checked the time zone settings in entourage, outlook and BB.

any ideas??

Entourage should reflect what you'd see in Outlook Web Access (OWA). How
do your events appear there?
