Few things I find annoying or critical whit calendars in Entourage:
1. Sharing Calendar is not working. I always get error when adding new users to see my shared calendar. But when I first make the share from Outlook, then I can modify settings from Entourage for that user.
2. Opening shared calendar not working "out of the box". I always need to find user -> click advanced -> and modify server address with users account details like "https://mail.someserver.com/echange/email_address@somedomain <https://mail.someserver.com/echange/email_address@somedomain>"
3. Scheduling appointments is difficult since I can't view shared calendars in the same view side by side like I can do in the Outlook
