Entourage for Web Services Beta

I signed up for the Entourage for Web Services beta three days ago but have not heard from anyone. My connect dashboard still shows "Pending". Is this beta program still going on? If so, how do I download it?

We don't have anything to do with that program on the newsgroup. I know each
application has to be approved. They might just be backed up right now.
There is a big summit going on in Redmond right now so that might be the
reason.
