Let me preface by saying I know nothing about Entourage. However, I have a
user that has her Exchange Inbox and "local" Inbox set up in Entourage.
Randomly, email that comes in to her Exchange Inbox will sit there for a few
seconds and then forward to her local Inbox. Could this be a result of
forwarding rules within the client? And if so where do I find these? There
is no forwarding set up on our Exchange server.
