Entourage Ghosted Send Button

Email Client: Exchange

My send button in Entourage is ghosted regardless of whether I am sending from my company server or ISP.

Did it ever work? Usually when I see this, it's because I've not set a
recipient. Look for something needed in the message or your accounts.
