Entourage hangs on Startup - shared calendar issue?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange As my entourage (12.2.4 100205) is hooked up to our exchange SBS 2003 Server al is going really well, but... When i add a shared calendar of an other user (Outlook) to my profile entourage decides to freeze for 5-10 minutes on the first startup of the day. as soon as i remove this calendar, all is fine again. can anybody help with this case? any other experiences, any SOLUTIONS?
