Entourage/iTunes and iPhone

I am using Entourage 2008 on my Macbook runing OS X Leopard. I have the latest version of iTunes and a new iPhone 3G S running version 3.0 of the software.

My iPhone will sync everything EXCEPT my email settings. The settings are greyed ou in iTunes and I can't find where to make it pull in my Entourage Settings.

I left several messages on theApple forum, but they all suggested I come here and post.

Any ideas???

Well iTunes cannot pull the settings from Entourage (I believe it can
only do it for Mail), but can't you enter the settings manually on your
iPhone??
