Entourage not sending email to multiple recipients? PLEASE HELP!

My entourage is going crazy!

It shows as sent (not in the outbox, but actually in the sent box) but
my recipients are not receiving the emails. This only happens when I
have multiple people I am sending it to regardless if I BCC or just CC
them.

I didnt have any problems before that. PLEASE HELP!!

It's possible your address or your ISP has been blacklisted by their ISP so
they are not receiving.

Is it everyone, or just a select group of recipients? How many emails in the
CC or BCC lines?

Entourage has no limit. ISPs do. The number of emails you can send depends
on the Host or your ISP. Some indicate no more than 100 emails in a batch
and no more than 500 in a day. Others limit it to 50 per message.

Get this script, Split Recipients X. This script will replicate messages
into the number of copies needed to comply with an ISP's maximum number of
recipients allowed per outgoing message.

Thank you so much for your help.

OK....NOW ITS GOTTEN WEIRDER...I did what you said and it still wasnt
working. Then I decided to try the "trial and error method" and when I
take my signature line out (which I have been using for MONTHS), it
works just fine. At first I thought this happened by chance, but by
sending a few other test emails- this was the problem! WEIRD....I
tired to delete my signature and then make a new one, but it still
wont send any emails. They show as sent, but no one is getting them.

Any suggestions?
AND in the process my Excel crashed.
I try to open a file and it says:
The application Microsoft Excel quit unexpectedly. MAC OS X and other
applications are not affected. Click the relaunch and launch
application again. Click report to see more details or send a report
to apple.


I do all that and its still not opening! My MAC is the lifeline of my
business and i was shut down the entire day today- so I appreciate any
help!

If your signature is causing the problem, then it is likely a junk
email filter that is being tripped. Do you have a URL in your signature
or something else that could be seen as suspicious?

The recipients that you are not able to send mail to - are they all on
the same ISP? Have you checked with /your/ ISP to see if they have a
record of the messages being transmitted?

New security updates will now see things as 'bad' that previously were
accepted. I know everyone likes to make links where the words are clickable,
but this is also a great way to spam someone by sending them to a link they
cannot actually see. So if you had 'my business URL' as a hyperlink, then
new security measures could be blocking it. It could be an ISP or a business
server that has decided to install more strict rules than most ISPs do.

The fact that Excel crashed could be an entirely separate problem. See this

Since the report is for Apple this indicates that it's more than likely a
problem involving one of the system files. You might need to download the
combo updater from Apple and run it again rather than using Software Update.
Doing so overwrites potentially problem-causing files. Combo updaters will
install on the same version as they¹re applying‹no need to roll back or do a
clean install. Depending on how severe the problem is, some users have had
to do an "Archive & Install" to fix their problems.
