Entourage not starting up

We bought an iMac used...with Office already installed. We have used it for
6 months without any issues. Today it wouldn't allow us into Entourage?
After doing some online software updates it has allowed us into all other
Office apps except Entourage. I do have an Office disk install, if I
reinstall will I lose all my old emails, folders etc. Thanks for your help!

version of Entourage you are using.
