Entourage password issue

Hello,

My entourage users started having a strange password problem. The entourage
applications keeps asking for password even after it was saved in the
keychain. This issue just started happening late last week. We have an
exchange server configured.

Any ideas?
Thanks, Liz

this is due to a corrupt keychain entry.

Start the application 'Keychain Access' and run the 'keychain first aid'
routine.

If that doesn't fix it, delete the exchange account entry and let
entourage create a new one - that will work 99% of the time.

Hmm, yeah, unfortunately, that didn't nwork for me, I have a handful of
users who are experiencing the issue. Do you have other suggestions?

If that does not work..... it might be a certificate issue.....

What version of Exchange Server are you running?
