Entourage problem

I want to reply to previous messages by including the text of the
message I received. No matter how many times I reset the Entourage
"Reply" preferences this choice only works intermittently; my replies
go out without the original message. I'd appreciate any pointers on how
to fix this problem, thank you in advance.

Be careful that you don't have any of the original message
highlighted or otherwise selected. If you do, that's all that
will be included in the reply.
