Entourage recovery???

Hi All,
I'm a new switcher to MAC and office for Mac from PC (Office outlook 07). Anway i had been using entoruage for a couple of days having set up email acocunts Ok etc. I purchased Little machine and transfereed all contact, e-mails and calender items all OK. Happy days so i thought. Anyway shut down the Mac and when i next open it up and open entorage it get the welcome message. Anything i had imported or anything i had created including e-mail accounts in the last week has dissappered and I have nothing. What has happenned? Any ideas on recovery? (no time capsule set up ) Any help appreciated Peter

What happens when you try to switch identities?

Go to the Entourage - Switch Identity menu, and see if
there is more than one identity in the list.
If there is, try selecting the one that you're not using.
Perhaps your Outlook data was imported into an identity
that you don't use by default.

Most likely you inadvertently moved or deleted your identity. Look here for

Could not recover but i think what you both indicate happened is the cause have reloaded everything now and will hope for the best

Entourage application problem..

To solve this problem you can try these steps. First of all you need to close all running programs. Now open the Entourage application. After this switch identity menu. Verify there is more than one identity. If yes, you need to select the appropriate identity to view your data and files. In-case, if you are unable to view your data such as contacts, emails, notes and other types of files from entourage database then visit : entouragerecovery.org to recover them. Thanks
