Entourage Rules Database Corrupt

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I get a message that the Rules Database is corrupt and Entourage will not start. I have rebuild the database and still be a error.

I am using a MacBook Pro.
