Entourage, Saved Search and iPhone Sync

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I am using the Entourage Address Book, Sync Services and iTunes for syncing contacts to my iPhone. All was fine until I created two saved searches with Categories in the Entourage Address Book. All of the contacts that had a category assigned disappeared from my iPhone. When I deleted the Saved Searches, the contacts came back. Any ideas what is going on?
