Entourage sending out delivery notifications without my consent

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

Hi - Have both IMAP + POP accounts installed on my Entourage. For a month or so, I am realizing that these accounts are receiving certain emails from a particular sender and thereafter, these accounts are sending back to the same sender automatic'notifications'that I did not set up: such as " Your message was delivered to the recepient". How can I stop this? Txs.

Can you "Forward as Attachment" one of these messages to me off list?
