ENTOURAGE SIGNATURES HELP

I have created two signatures in Entourage. I have tried to add web links and
email links in them but they don't work. They don't go blue and underlined.
Also I have to manually add them each time. Why don't they just appear when I
create a new message? And why do my weblinks not work?
