Entourage Sync app won't create conduit

In attempting to synchronize Entourage with my Treo 755p using Missing Sync, nothing happens ( no conduit is created) when I run the Entourage Sync application.

Entourage Sync??? I've never seen that (and I have the Missing Sync).
You're supposed to use the SyncServices with the latest version of their
app as far as I remember but as Diane mentioned, you;d be better off
asking MarkSpace,
