Entourage sync with Blackberry screwing up reminders

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I turn off reminders for reocurring appointments in both my Blackberry 8703e calendar and in Entourage 2008, but after syncing, reminders turn themselves on again, set at 0 minutes.

This is driving me bonkers. How can I turn keep these reminders off?

What are you using for synchronisation?? It looks like something goes
wrong there,

I am using PocketMac For BlackBerry 4.1.25. This is the only sync software available I believe to use between mac/blackberry.

Missing Sync is an option (Markspace.com). However, my reminders are
never set the same between the BlackBerry and Entourage. Its not
really such a big deal for me; just an annoyance.

I am now using Missing sync, and It seems to be working out great. Thanks for your help
