Entourage - Verify and Rebuild Database

I have been having issues with sending attachments to multiple recipients and was getting error message 10799 about domain issues. I checked every email address and there was one error which I corrected.

I am now getting an error message that says Error: - 4362. It is suggesting I verify and perhaps rebuild the entourage database. What is this all about, how do I do this and what are the impacts to personal folders etc?
