Entourage Web Service - Deleted Local Folders

I was on Entourage 08 with Exchange and I just loaded the Web Services Addition. It erased all my local folders with emails. I went into 2008 Identities where I see two. However, I can't switch identities and I am not sure how to restore the emails I was keeping locally. Another employee had the same thing happen so I assume it does this for everyone. Please advise me on retrieving the emails I was storing under "On My Computer".

When you download Entourage Web Services Edition, you are told that you need
to re-import your Entourage 2008 identity manually. You can do so by opening
EWS, clicking on File>Import, and then choosing "Entourage information from
an archive or earlier version"->"Entourage 2008".
