Entourage Web Services Edition stops receiving email

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Has anyone using the new Entourage Web Services Edition experienced having it stop receiving emails after being left open after a certain amount of time? We have several users experiencing this problem. After a period of time, the client stops receiving mail. Right-clicking on the Inbox and doing "Synchronize Now" seems to fix the problem, often resulting in a flood of email, if it has been several hours without noticing that receiving has stopped. Users have taken to quitting and restarting Entourage several times per day as a work around.

The only theory so far is that these users have more than one Exchange account configured, but we have no data to back that up - it's just a wild theory at this point.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

I have it open at work all day long and do not have to restart. Can you
test this behavior using Apple's Mail in Snow Leopard (Mac oS X 10.6.1)?
This will help determine if the problem is with Entourage or with your
server.

Hope this helps!
