Entourage X Display Glitch

I have an email from a colleague whose content does not display in the
preview pane. It's fine in Eudora, but looks blank in Entourage. The
[munged] email headers are

as a PS: Just realised that the text is actually there, only many, many
lines below so it takes a fair while of scrolling through blank white
space...

I'm confused
