Hi,

first of all, please refrain from writing in capital letters. This is the
online equivalent of shouting, and it is also harder to read.

Your database has been modified by a recent version of Entourage, and the
version you currently have on your hard disk is older and is therefore
unable to read the database. Make sure to apply all the updates to Entourage
(using Microsoft AutoUpdate; the latest update is version 12.1.7), and when
you are done, Entourage will be able to access the database again.

Something is wrong. The 12.0.1 updater was rolled into 12.1.0. Perhaps you
made a mistake with version.

You need to update to 12.1.0 then 12.1.7.

Follow these steps:

* Launch the Microsoft Autoupdater (MAU).To launch MAU, you can open any
Office application and select "Check for Updates" under Help in the Menu
bar. Once MAU is launched, select "Keep in Dock"
* Quit all Microsoft applications (Easy way: log out/in with Shift key down
to disable any startup items.) Be sure all applications are quit before
running updater. IMPORTANT
* Update to 12.1.0 (if you have a newer DVD you might only need the 12.17)
* Restart (restarting before you launch any app is important!)
* Update to 12.1.7
* Restart

Check this file after updating to 12.1.0 to be sure it is version 2.2.0.

/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0

Once you are fully updated you can open your Identity.
