Please be more descriptive. That being said, verify if there are any rules
(Tools>Rules) or mailing list rules (Tools>Mailing List Manager) that are
causing this behaviour.

I checked (Tools>Rules) or mailing list rules (Tools>Mailing List Manager) and there are no rules set up that show in those pop up windows.
What other info do you require about the problem?
