Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I am trying to set up group email lists in entourage, but "group" isn't able to be chosen when clicking on the down arrow next to "New" while in the address book. How do I make Group an option?

Hi,

Exchange does not support contact groups created in Entourage, which is
why it does not allow you to create them. Groups can only be stored in
your local address book.
