Entry point not found GetIUMS in MSDART.dll

It was all working fine, until I installed DreamWeaver.
When startin Outlook the get the following error.
Entry point not found.
The procedure entry point in GetIUMS could not be located
in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

Other faq'a Ive read suggested to delete the .dll, but it
seems to get re-created when starting outlook - any ideas
pls.
