Entry Point Not Found

I had to reinstall FP2003 beta after upgrading to 2003
pro. Now I get this error. Any help would be great
The procuedure entry point ?
UDC_LOCATION_STS_URL_@CYDCDoc@DW@@2QBGB could
not be located in the dynamic link library fpcutl.dll

The BETA will not run w/ any RTM of MSO 2003 installed
- and the BETA has expired
