How do I make the envelope option on my toolbar?

What is "the envelope option" ?

Rather than go to Tools, Envelopes & Labels and click print. I would like to
have an envelope on my toolbar that allows me to just "click" and it would
print. Do I make sense?

Ok, record a Macro.
Open Word, Tools, Macro, Record New macro (the rest should fall into place)
Open Word, Tools, Macro, Record New macro (the rest should fall into place)

Right click on a toolbar. Select Customize. Select the Command tab.
In the Categories column scroll down and select Tools. Then in the
Commands column scroll down to find Envelopes And Labels. Once you
have found the appropriate command, click and drag it to your menu or
toolbar where you would like for it to be. Close out of the customize
dialog box to make the icon / command function.
