Envelope addresses shifted too low with Word 2003, and first line.

I had no problem with the Envelope Address feature of Word until I started
using Word 2003. Now both the address and return address are shifted lower
on the envelope, and the first line of the address (name) is usually cut off
and only partially displayed. Thanks for any help.
