Envelope default font

About a week ago, I posted a question regarding changing the envelope default
font permanently. I was provided an answer by an MS Word MVP, who said. "If
you check the "Add to template" box when modifying the relevant style. This
does work, however, the problem with this is that I cannot use it by using
the drop down envelope menu; I must use the template menu.

Is this correct? Or did I miss something?

Thanks.

The font used in the envelope wizard is that defined in the envelope address
and envelope return paragraph styles. This can be overwritten by manual
formatting applied to an address picked up from the addressee information in
the letter. See http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm

I know you said that the version should not matter what version is used (I am
using Word 2003), but when I right-click on the frame, the choices I get are
"Paste, Font, Paragraph, Bullets and Numbering...", but no "Format Page."
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

I think what you're looking for is Format Frame. If you don't see that on
the context menu then you've clicked inside the frame rather than on the
frame border.
