envelope icon

i have outlook in a corporate environment , and my envelope icons will
appear in Fuschia sometimes. When it happens it happens to all the
envelopes in icon cloumn in my inbox. I have tried to detect and
repair, resetting all views and recreating my outlook profile.Any
suggestions would be helpfull short of a reinstall.

We are running in corporate version using exchange 2000. the pc has
w2k with SP4 and outlook is 2002 with sp2. the color only changes on
the envelope icons and does not affect any other part of outlook or
the operating system.My orignal questions did not concern about the
envelope icon in the system tray as it appears this post has taken off
in that direction.Thanks for all the help so far
