envelope in word

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

When I want to print an envelope in word, I open the envelope function under tools, then prepare the sender and recipient sqaures, but when I press print or OK, it places these into a full page document instead of on an envelope. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure there is no check in the "Insert this envelope into the active
document" checkbox. If that isn't the problem...

As with most any printing issue the first place to start is at the printer
mfr's web site: Check for an updated driver. If not, try reinstalling a
fresh copy of whatever is current.

Additionally, make sure Office is updated (12.1.2) as well as OS X (10.5.4),
and that you have repaired disk permissions following any updates.
