Envelope print preview problem

I recently started having a problem printing envelopes in Word on my
Mac. I type in the address or copy it from a letter and the envelope
prints blank. The print preview shows no text, though you can see it
onscreen. I emailed the envelope to a PC and it printed fine. Any
thoughts?

In Word | Preferences, Print, make sure "drawing objects" is checked. The
envelope feature uses a text box, which is a drawing object.
