Please tell me, how and what i can do for find it!

Are you looking for the icon to create envelopes or are you looking for
the icon to send a document as an attachment?

If you're looking for the envelope icon, click on Tools and Customize
and on the left hand side highlight Tools and on the right hand side
highlight the envelope icon and drag it up to your toolbar. I hope
