Envelopes and labels in Word XP

Hi:

I have Office XP and am running it on a Win 98SE computer.

I extract my envelope information from my Outlook XP Contact Manager.

However, when I create a single envelope or labell from Outlook XP, I
get the name and address as well as the E-maiol address (which I do
not want).

But, I don't get the Company Name. when creating the envelope. Is
there any way I can get Word to extract that name for me as well?
