Envelopes and labels

When I click on address book, I get winword.exe has
created and error and will be closed by windows. An error
log was created.
Word then closes.
I get type error when I close Outlook.
Does anyone know what is wrong.

What happens if, in Outlook, you change your format to "plain text" and stop
using Word as your email editor?

I changed to plain text and unchecked word as email

I am using Office 2000 and Windows 2000 Pro. I had

service patch 1 installed. I unistalled Office and
reinstaled it, did not help. I did not reinstall the
service patch thinking something in it might cause the
problem, but it did not.
