Envelopes don't print properly

When I print #10 envelopes, the printing margins are all wrong. The return
address gets chopped off at the top and left and the delivery address is too
far to the left. The only way I can print properly is to alter the margins,
but Word always reverts back to "auto" after printing each envelope. This is
puzzling as my prior computer was able to print envelopes perfectly each
time. Both machines are using Word 2003 running on XP Pro printing to an HP
LaserJet 4200.

Is there something that can be done to fix this?

Try the sample size 10 envelope template available on the downloads page of
my web site and if that works (obviously it does here) compare the envelope
address and return paragraph styles with those of your own - or just use the
template.
