Envelopes- Insert Address

While addressing envelopes, I click "Insert Address" and get the following
message:

"Either there is no default mail client or the current client cannot
fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set
it as the default mail client."

I am using Outlook Express, which is my default mail client.

Any suggestions?
