Envelopes Without Addresses

I am using Word 2K 9.0. I click on the Envelopes & Labels and labels
icon then the Address Book icon. I then select an address from the
Address Book and select OK. The contacts name is always shown in the
Envelope window but the Home Address is only shown in some cases. I
have clicked on Properties and Home while in the Address Book and in
both cases the Home Address is present and the Default Bos is checked.
Everything seems to be similar in either case. If I am doing something
wrong I have not a clue what it is.

The address will only be transferred if the address is shown in the detailed
address cards view in Outlook (it may not be if you have edited the details
from address book rather than Outlook) Open any contact with a missing
address and resave it.
