I need more details. When you click "new document" is there a return address
showing or a box for one? If not, you need to click on the tab for
envelopes. Then click on the button for adding the envelope to your document
(or click on print to just print an envelope).
Otherwise, which version of Word? Where is it that you are clicking on "new
document?"
