In a networked environment, I have a user that can not print envelopes. He
follows the correct procedure (TOOLS, ENVELOPES and LABELS, etc...). But
when he sends it to print the printer requests paper size 7.25 by 5.25
instead of the #10 envelope. I can print from his machine under my account
but he (and 3 others) have the problem.
Suggestions?
